Ninth Wave Coaching & Hypnosis

Clients are expected to read and sign the Client's Bill of Rights before commencing services.

Karen commits to starting sessions on time. If you should arrive late, your session will still end as originally scheduled with payment for the full session expected. Ninth Wave reserves the right to charge in full for missed appointments. There are times when emergencies or issues arise. At Ninth Wave we are sensitive to unforeseen changes in our daily lives and will work with you to reschedule. However, if a pattern develops where appointments are missed without notification, Ninth Wave will charge in full for missed sessions.

Please note, I do not call or send reminders for the sessions. Please be sure you have taken care to note the date and time of each session.

If you wish to change your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice by contacting me at 919-638-9717 or email me at:

Expected Conduct During Sessions

At Ninth Wave, respect and appreciation of client’s individualism and open expression are highly valued. A client has a right to know the expected duration of sessions, and may assert any right without retaliation.

A client has right to be free of physical, verbal or sexual abuse.

We hope that you too will treat our sessions with respect, and refrain from disrespectful or abusive behavior, intoxication, drug use, or sexual advances. Engaging in any of these behaviors will cause the session to immediately end. Full payment will still be due.

Termination of Services

In the event that my services are no longer desired, the client has a right to request I coordinate transfer of services to another practitioner. A client has a right to refuse hypnotism services at any time.
